Sergio Alfaro’s adventure with Costa Rica U-15 selection continues, and this week they are already on their way to Nicaragua to compete in the UNCAF.
The two friendly matches have ended with a negative result. But Cristian Salomon is satisfied with the work. Alfaro has told us that this is also part of football. Alfaro says: “The matches have been played to test our performance and to know at what level we were. And although we lost 3-1 on Tuesday and 3-2 on Thursday, we have played well. Now we know our weaknesses. These days we will work to correct our weaknesses.”
The players were nerves but they smiled under the great encouragement. The delegation of Costa Rica sended us images before they were heading to Nicaragua. The Ticos will face Panamá, El Salvador, Honduras, Belice, Guatemala and Nicaragua.
See you the 25th of November 25, we wish the Ticos good luck!
