Today we introduce you Tandasi Fombutu, SOCCER Stages player. Tandasi is 16 years old, and was born in Cameroon, African country which has a great football tradition with great players throughout history as Samuel Eto’o or Roger Milla.
Tandasi is in hiss 3rd year in Barcelona and after playing 2 seasons with FC Barcelona, this last season joined WOSPAC, to continue to develop as a person and keep improving its amazing football qualities, aiming to make it a day to professional football.
Tandasi, arrived to WOSPAC after playing for FC Barcelona, being an excellent player, with tactical and technical very clear concepts, what he had learned in their stage at La Masia, had a great influence on it, and it had enabled him to evolve his game at a high level. This year training with WOSPAC, the aim has been to be able to take this excellent football and its quality to one upper level to achieve a higher one in its progression.
Tandasi throughout the season has trained with the U-18 Team of the UE Cornellà, where also played their matches at Liga Nacional. Likewise, in the last edition of the MIC, he captained one of the youth teams of WOSPAC, being who carried the direction of the team on the pitch playing his role as a central midfielder with his precise touch, and scoring one of the goals of the tournament. It was in the first game when, he scored an incredible olympic goal, which served to achieve the first victory in the tournament.
The definition as a footballer of Tandasi, is of a very versatile player of enormous quality that unfolds in multiple positions in the field. He can either play as midfielder leading the team, as in any of the positions of attack, where it also plays perfectly, thanks to his good dribbling and change of rhythm and above all to his great shot from half distance, which is a real terror for goalkeepers. It is without doubt its great free kick shoot one of their greatest strengths, and makes us remember one of the greatest free kickers in history such as Paulo Assunçao and Juninho Pernambucano, with that unmistakable style of free kick known as Folha Seca.
The future of Tandasi, is linked to football, and seeing their evolution over the last months and years, we are sure that he will reach great heights in the world of football.
